With this parameter the continuous components of the input Fourier transforms are up-sampled so that the $\pvec{k}$ -spacing is finer than the given value. This may increase the accuracy of the Fourier spectrum truncation caused by the NA cutoff as well as the multiplication with the aberration pupil function.
