Input file for scattering matrix computation. The input file of this post process needs to be the result file of the FourierTransform post process. The optical axis has to be aligned in z-direction, e.g. by setting up the project accordingly or using a CoordinateRenaming in the FourierTransform post process. Further, two non-parallel polarization have to be defined as a source in the project setup for each incidence direction.
