This defines the number of the segment of the geometrical primitive to which the boundary condition is to be applied. (For Polygons
the first segment connects points one and two, the second segment connects points two and three, etc.) A vector definition listing multiple segments is allowed.
A named tangential Port can also be used as a Boundary
(see here for their definition). The enumeration follows the sequence of the tangential Port
